Quando eu devo usar o have no sentido de Present perfect,simple past... em quais devo usá-lo ?
tipo, I've Never been in New York City
ou I Have studying english since I fell in love for it |

well, you should use HAVE to form the Present perfec when a action is in the past and the same is linked by present tense.
example: I have broken a glass and now, I have to pick up he pieces. I have not had money because of I can't go to travel. Simple Past: always you use the word such as WHEN, TODAY, TOMORROW, YESTERDAY, NOW... after all, when the time of action is reffered, for a specific time. NOT use present tense at a specific time, never. Source(s): my mind.

o have é utilizado no present perfect quando precede um participle (verbo no particÃpio), dando um sentido de algo que começou no passado e que perdurou por certo tempo (ou ainda perdura).
e.g.- I "have studied" music since my childhood (ainda estudo). e.g.- I "have studied" music until my high school graduation (estudei por um tempo, mas não estudo mais) veja que ele funciona como um verbo auxiliar, sendo "studied" o principal. no simple past o sentido de passado é fixo (algo que aconteceu e que acabou naquele ponto) e.g.- I "had" a dog when I was younger. e.g.- I "had" a headache last week. funcionou como verbo principal, dando um sentido de algo finalizado naquele mesmo perÃodo. espero ter ajudado. |

A segunda frase não está totalmente completa, observe que você usou o "since" (desde). Quando estamos estudando o present perfect vemos que quando aparece o since, for... Você deve usar o present perfect. Você esqueceu de colocar corretamente a frase, ficaria assim:
